In the 1960s, during a dinner in Saint-Tropez, Gunter Sachs—a millionaire playboy and Brigitte Bardot’s husband -nd Michel Faure discussed creating a new fashion brand. Françoise Sagan—who was also there—asked curiously, “What’s all this MicMac business?” And so MicMac St. Tropez was born.
Gunter and Michel opened their first boutique on the port of Saint-Tropez; it was an instant success, with people from all over the world stopping by MicMac.
How can we reconnect with the hedonism that Kelton and MicMac St. Tropez once epitomized?
By being pragmatic and offering a high-quality watch: this stainless steel timepiece (gold-plated or brushed, depending on your taste) houses an impeccable Miyota 8215 automatic movement that can be seen oscillating through the window on the back of the watch. The sapphire crystal is scratch-resistant, and the icing on the cake is that this watch is water-resistant to 10 ATM*—which means it’s more than enough for a quick dip or exploring the coral reef.
Add a touch of joy and extravagance with a playful name: Tictac, a unique design: an original shape that’s neither round nor square—a “squircle” (or “carrond”)—with eight screws arranged in a way that winks at the yachts that have always loved to cruise through the harbor.
