REPAIR
For all your watch repairs, we work with Atelier Général Horloger. Here are the steps to follow:

Register your repair request by logging on to www.agh-atelier-horloger.com , under the "repair process" section.

Once your request has been validated, you will receive a postage label by email, allowing you to drop off your parcel at a post office relay point anywhere in France.

Is your watch no longer under warranty? You will receive your personalized quote by email and in your A.G.H. customer area.

Receive your repaired watch within 15 to 30 days.

Warranty
Your watch is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase or distribution against all material or manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover the glass, battery replacement, or strap wear.
