Here's a new version of our 1955 watch, this time fitted with a "Tropic" bracelet, a classic revived from the sixties, like Kelton. The Tropic bracelet has always been the faithful companion of divers and other water sports enthusiasts, thanks to two major qualities: flexibility and resistance.

Our Tropic bracelet, which today equips the 1955 models, is made - like in the sixties - of natural vulcanized rubber, a process using high temperatures and sulfur to modify the rubber's structure and make it more resistant without altering its suppleness. Il also gives your strap a lustrous sheen, quite different from the cheap silicone reproductions you will encounter all around.

The 1955 - 30 ATM marks the beginning of our patronage mission with the Fondation de la mer. Kelton will donate 10% of the profits from the sale of this model in order to contribute to its action of study and protection of the ocean.

Whether you're diving in work or off the coast of La Digue, the immediate legibility of the dial is sometimes crucial, so we've oversized the hour markers at 6, 9 and 12 o'clock to make them more visible against the pearl gray background, which will delight both sharks and horologists. A new folding clasp with better performance, adjustable and screwed links.
