REPAIR

For all watch repairs, we work with the Atelier Général Horloger. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Register your repair request by logging on to www.agh-atelier-horloger.com , under "repair process".
2. As soon as your request has been validated, you will receive an e-mail with a postage label enabling you to drop off your parcel at a post office, anywhere in France.
3. Your watch is no longer under warranty? You'll receive your personalized estimate by e-mail, and in your A.G.H. customer area.
4. Receive your repaired watch within 15 to 30 days.

GUARRANTY

Your watch is guaranteed for 2 years, from the date of purchase or distribution, against all material or manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover glass, battery replacement or strap wear.
