Carbon is the atom of life, present in all living beings, from the smallest blade of grass to the largest (marine) mammals, it is the basis for the construction of life's molecules.
Tech:
Forged carbon is a recyclable and environmentally friendly composite material based on carbon fibers and epoxy resin, manufactured using FIP (Forming in Place) technology.
Pieces of carbon fiber are placed in a mold and impregnated with resin. The mold is then cured in an autoclave at high pressure and high temperature. This results in a material with a unique marbled appearance, due to the random distribution of carbon fibers.
Density / Resistance
Forged carbon is 5 times lighter than steel and 3 to 4 times lighter than titanium, and very strong*. These properties make it one of the preferred materials in industries such as aeronautics or automotive.
